Orchestra Leader
VACANT POSITION - we are currently recruiting.
Orchestra Leader: our leader plays a central role in the musical life of the orchestra and works closely with our conductors on repertoire and intepretation, supporting the development of the string sections and helping inspire all our musicians. We are looking for a violinist with a strong musical background and orchestral experience with good communication and collaborative skills who has an encouraging approach to working with a mixed-ability community orchestra. We are open to interest from those who are taking their first steps in this role, in the early stage of their musical career as a student, or someone who has been playing for some time but wants to extend their experience.
